Pitch Perfect (Personalized Feedback for Your Pitches)
There's a big difference between writing a story and selling it.
You're a skilled journalist. You're an essayist who writes beautiful prose. There's no doubt you can *tell* your own story -- but can you sell it to an editor?
Selling a story to an editor (known as "pitching") is an art form. It took me years and years and years of pitching unsuccessfully to figure out what worked and what definitely didn't. I made a lot of SUPER embarrassing mistakes before the majority of my pitches sold, instead of flopped.
"Pitch Perfect" is a PERSONALIZED service where I help you create pitches THAT SELL. Here's how it works:
1) E-mail me your pitch. I go over it with a fine-toothed comb and give you feedback on what's working, and what needs to change.
2) You revise.
3) Send me the revisions. I go over it AGAIN and give you one final round of feedback.
4) That's it! It's ready to be sent to your editor.
While nobody has a 100 percent success rate, my pitches sell the vast majority of the time. No more waiting on editors for weeks and weeks, no more "sorry, this isn't right for us." My pitches get quick responses and SALES. Let me help you do the same!
